Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship worldwide from Singapore. 🙂

 

Regarding different pin grades

Standard grade: Best pins of the batch in terms of quality, with minimal amount of flaws or none. May contain very minor flaw(s) such as a tiny speck or two, but generally they are only noticeable under scrutiny. 
B-grade:
 May have several small flaws such as tiny specks, slight overflow of enamel filling, etc. These imperfections are minor and not immediately noticeable especially if you like to put the pins on your backpack, pencil case, etc. Overall appearance of the pin is not affected.
C-grade: More prominent/easily noticeable flaw(s) such as overfilled enamel, stain, etc.

 

How long will my orders take to arrive?

I try my best to ship out all orders within 2-7 days. However, this does not apply to preorder items OR items that are being restocked (for which the earliest date for items to arrive & thus shipped out will be stated in the product listing).

Delivery times for Airmail (registered or non-registered) may take anywhere from 4 to 12 working days depending on the location.

 

Regarding different shipping methods

Airmail (no tracking number): This shipping method is not tracked; I will not be responsible for any lost packages shipped without a tracking number. However I’m able to provide a video proof of me posting out your package 🙂

Registered airmail: A tracking no. will be provided. However, if the package is not delivered for more than 18 working days, please email me asap! I will raise an inquiry with my courier (SingPost). If it’s lost/can’t be located, SingPost will issue a compensation of up to $68 SGD, or the declared value of the package (whichever is lower). Once I’ve received the compensation from SingPost, I will refund the original amount to you (the buyer), minus the shipping fees. However, do take note I can’t guarantee that this filing claims process will always go smoothly but I will always try my best to get you compensated! :’)

 

Regarding GOs

If you’re interested to open a GO in order to save on shipping fees, please DM me on instagram/twitter!

 

Refund & exchange

Besides what’s stated regarding lost Registered packages, I generally don’t accept refunds/exchanges. 🙁 But if you’ve any problems or questions please feel free to DM or email me!
